If you would prefer a support agreement without a monthly commitment then our reactive plans are for you. Our team of engineers will be ready to take your call if and when any issues occur or you just need some help and assistance with any of your IT systems.

Our pre-paid packages offer you discounted rates as well as a service level agreement. They are still a Pay as You Go service where you only pay for the time you use, but we can offer you a faster response time because there will be no ‘paperwork’ to complete before our engineers are able to assist you. The more hours of engineer time you purchase the greater the reduction in price.

If you are looking for a PAYG package then go ahead and sign up today. We won’t charge you anything until you need us, but by signing up in advance when you do need us we can get straight into helping solve your issue, rather than asking you to fill in paperwork first.
